You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account on 558h. Attempting to register under this age may be a punishable offence, and 558h takes a strict stance on this matter.

You must provide accurate information when registering – including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. Accounts created with false information will be cancelled, and deposited funds may not be refunded.

• Each person may hold only one account.
• Multiple accounts cannot be opened using the same mobile number or email address.
• Transferring or sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• We recommend completing KYC within 30 days of registration.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. 558h will never ask for your password via email or phone. If anyone requests your password, it may be an attempt to defraud you.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. With 2FA active, your account remains secure even if your password is compromised.

• Never share your password with anyone.

• 558h will not be liable for losses arising from account security breaches caused by a member's own negligence.

The minimum deposit at 558h is ৳200, and the maximum limit varies depending on your account tier. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are generally processed instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 2 business days.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Funds sent from another person's account will not be accepted and may take additional time to be returned.

• Deposited funds are solely for use on 558h and may not be transferred to any third party.
• Depositing into multiple 558h accounts from the same payment account is strictly prohibited.

Once a bet is placed on 558h, it is considered final. Bets cannot generally be cancelled; however, the Cash Out feature allows you to partially or fully exit a bet on a live match.

If a match is cancelled, postponed, or left incomplete, 558h will settle the affected bets in accordance with its own rules. Stakes on postponed matches are generally refunded.

• 558h reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds.
• Placing simultaneous bets on opposing sides of the same match ("arbitrage") is strictly prohibited.
• If odds change while a bet is being processed during live betting, the bet will be accepted at the updated odds.
• 558h reserves the right to correct any payouts made incorrectly due to a technical error.

• Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts on the same match to guarantee a profit.
• Depositing or withdrawing using another person's payment account.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the 558h system.
• Using or attempting to use another member's login credentials.

You may close your 558h account at any time of your choosing. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn beforehand. Any active bonuses will be cancelled upon closure.

558h reserves the right to close an account for any of the following reasons:

• If a breach of terms and conditions is proven.
• If information submitted during KYC is found to be false or fraudulent.
• If an account has had no activity for an extended period (18 months).
• When required by law or court order.

If an inactive account holds a balance, 558h will retain it and return it to the user upon request.
